-3/4 Cup of Frozen Pineapple (No Sugar Added)
-1/4 Cup of Frozen Raspberries (No Sugar Added)
-2 Fresh Strawberries
-1 Cup of Light Cranberry Juice
-1/4 Cup of Warm Water
-Fat Free Whipped Cream (Optional)
