Healthy & Fresh Tangy Smoothie 

  

How many of you are loving this warm weather?! I don’t know about you, but whenever it gets warm and sunny, I automatically crave smoothies. Many people don’t realize, however, just how unhealthy most smoothies are! Commercially-prepared smoothies are packed full of sugar-filled juices and fruity-flavored ice creams that can really hurt those of us who are trying to live a healthy lifestyle. Here, you will find an incredibly easy recipe for a healthy and delicious smoothie that you can make right at home. It’s totally fruity and tangy, just like you’d expect from any other smoothie! INGREDIENTS: 

-3/4 Cup of Frozen Pineapple (No Sugar Added) 

-1/4 Cup of Frozen Raspberries (No Sugar Added) 

-2 Fresh Strawberries 

-1 Cup of Light Cranberry Juice

-1/4 Cup of Warm Water 

-Fat Free Whipped Cream (Optional) 

DIRECTIONS: 

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. I told you it was easy! Enjoy!
